Hi and welcome to questiondoctors.com
Yes you can use apple cider it helps…
In this case only intravenous antibiotics will work.
You need to
Try to keep blood glucose levels within his target range as much as possible.

Drink plenty of fluids (mostly water).
Consider drinking low-sugar cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail) Cranberries are thought to contain substances that prevent bacteria from sticking to the bladder wall.but not if he had history of kidney stones.
Eat yogurt that contains healthful bacteria called probiotics.
Wear cotton underwear.
Urinate frequently. Don’t hold your urine in for too long. Wipe from front to back after using the toilet.

hi
its unfortunate to hve pseudomonas infection. But old age,low immunity and diabetes are causing the problems. Hope his blood sugar levels are in control. You can use vinegar, but i suggest you should send his urine for antibiotic sensitivity. Start on iv injections depending on the report. you cant leave him without antibiotics. Sometimes,a combination of antibiotics is helpful.
Thanks

HI
ITS NOT GOOD TO HAVE A URINARY INFECTION 3 MONTHS AFTER TURP. A BLADDER WASH DONE REGUARLY WILL HELP DRAIN OUT THE INFECTIVE ORGANISMS EARLY. VINEGAR CAN BE USED BUT WITH PRECAUTION AND UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION.

hello there
psuedomonas infections are known to get cured pretty late. maintaining high immunity, drinking plenty of water, hydrotherapy and frequent change of antibiotics should help. vinegar can be used safely. If blood sugar levels are raised then it may take even more time to heal
