We have been trying to have a baby for over 2 years now and nothing is happening?

I’m 20 years old and I am married to the man I have been with for 6 years.
We have been trying to have a baby for over 2 years now and nothing is happening, beforehand we have never used protection and still never any pregnancies. He has been tested by his gp and he is clear, my periods have not been normal ever since I started my periods. I have no other medical requirements, and I have had blood tests and I am fine apart from my bones was still growing but nothing to worry about as I’m still young.
I need answers, i am not exactly happy with the thought of going to hospital to actually get tested as I’ve already heard what happens. Please please help me, we want to have our own family.

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
Having difficulty being pregnancy at a time of your life may be an indicator of pcos or other disorder in your hormones that needs to be treated and managed properly..
Calm down do not worry..the doctor will only do an ultra sound to know what is going on inside and then a simple medication will be prescribed … Are you overweight?

Check your waist hip ratio it is an indication of having trunk obesity which also indicate ovarian cysts or unactive ovaries
Also show me your gynacological tests

You do not have to worry about visiting a doctor to figure out the causes.
You need to do hormonal labs to test your ovulation and if there is any abnormality in your ovaries .
