Hello. The Clearview HIV tests are designed to detect antibodies against HIV in the blood. These antibodies can only be found in detectable quantities after 6 weeks. Normally results are obtained after only 15 minutes. But nucleic-acid-based tests (NAAT) can detect the HIV virus on the 13th day after infection. NAAT is accurate and reliable. Regards
