Could be a number of causes. UTI, Kidney Infection or Kidney problem. Best see a doctor. You will need a urine test to determine the source.

hi..
it may due to a renal calculus or urinary tract infection. first get the diagnosis done by getting urine checked for infection. also get a usg abdomen done to see if its due to renal calculus. only if the urine infection diagnosis is confirmed, then start antibiotics.
drink plenty of fluids and water.
thanks

another possibility is anything related to prostate. a few conditions affecting the prostate can also cause pain and blood in urine. get prostate pecific antigen ( PSA ) checked.
thanks
