looking at this picture. it doesnt seem cancerous but its hard to be convinced. any lesion/mole to be labelled as cancerous,needs to undergo various tests, including blood tumour markers and local biopsy with histopathology. early stage of cancerous moles can present this way.

IT HAS GROSS CHANGES IN ITS COLOUR AND TEXTURE COMPARED TO THE SURROUNDING SKIN.
THERE ARE HIGH CHANCES THAT IT MAY BE A MALIGNANT MOLE. KEEP A WATCH ON ITS SIZE WHETHER IT INCREASES IN SIZE RAPIDLY
