Hello please help me and my wife. Me and my wife have been trying to have a child for two years. She eats healthy. Exercises daily most of the time. But her periods are irregular and for the past three days she’s been having symptoms of pregnancy but two tests came back negative one took today and one took last Tuesday. She’s 4 weeks late period (we think) her last period was last month 19-26. Idk if her hcg are just too low or what. But 99% of the time of her period or about two days before she gets breast pain. But she hasn’t got breast pain. She has weird feeling stomach. Some pain in the pelvic area. Dizzy sometimes. Better sense of smell. But still no positive.

Do another test on 2nd – 4th of March if no period until then, on same date see a gynecologist regardless of test result

These could be signs of pregnancy ,usually HCG test is positive after 7-10 days of conception ,showing 10 mIU for example may indicate pregnancy,I recommend redoing the bhcg test after 3 days as the results needs to be doubled in healthy pregnancy after 72hours..
If otherwise found then this may indicate unhealthy pregnancy like being ectopic pregnancy… So now if there is pregnancy it is supposed to be about 4-5 weeks and USG can show a sac in the uterus if there is healthy pregnancy..

if u have done home pregnancy tests,they are usually negative in some cases of early pregnancy.
bHCG test is more sensitive and u should get it done after 5th march.
An ultrasound of abdomen can also be done to look for gestational sac.

As it is already 4 weeks that your wife is late in her periods then by now her pregnancy test would have been positive..
Many a times delayed periods can be due to hormonal imbalances and not pregnancy..
So my suggestion is to consult a Gynaecologist and get evaluated and a blood test can be first conducted to rule out pregnancy as it is highly sensitive test..
Also by now fetal pole can be seen in sonography, therefore a transvaginal sonography can also be done for further confirmation..
