Feeling pain on right side of lower stomach near naval below sometimes really sharp. i have fever of 101 and vomiting. cramps and painful when I pee.Don’t know what it could be. need an opinion.

Sounds like a UTI urinary tract infection, kidney infection or considering location of pain more likely an appendicitis. You need to get checked out now for an appendicitis. Go to an ER or hospital. You will need a urine test, blood test, ct scan ultrasound.
