I am a 40-year-old woman who still gets acne, are there any topical treatments that work?

Hello, I wanted to know if there are topical treatments for acne and acne scars. I am a 40-year-old woman who still gets acne. My skin is very sensitive, and each new treatment prescribed by a doctor only causes more acne to show up. I have totally lost faith in doctors from my area. The type of acne that I have is red, inflamed, painful to touch, filled with puss, and hard to hide with makeup. I have taken a retin-A course before, and it did work for a while but re-emerged. I also have various scars or “holes” in my skin. Any solutions? Thanks!

Hi
clindamycin is a compound can be found oral or cream or lotion to treat acne
I can give you a trade name but it varies from a country to another so just ask for the compound name , treatment will be permanent.

Contratubrex can be used for old scars , use it few times a day with 5 min rubbing
(If your skin is extremely sensetive , i recommend you test it on a spot first )
It has same name in all country’s

Good Luck

It may also cause a decrease in bone mineral density if used over a long period of time. All of these -risks are rare Instead you can start laser and light therapy that has same effects. A good remedy also is… Read more »
