hi

50 cans/ week is a huge amount and will cause long term harmful effects on your body.
you have to reduce the quantity, if not stop it completely.

abrupt and sudden stoppage of taking it, may cause sudden withdrawal symptoms. So avoid doing it.
best thing would be try and decrease to 40/week, then 30…20…10.. likewise.

this is the only way you can do it. yoga and meditation will help you in achieveing de-addiction.

If you know redbull addiction (and other energy drinks) can cause a lot of health issues,among them is liver problems…you need to start reducing the amount of caffeine and sugar getting into your body, start taking no sugar drinks instead of 2-3 redbull cans and instead of other 3-4 cans take normal coffee or green tea(they will give you caffeine also) then gradually replace the coffee with green tea and increase your non sweetened beverages also…
it is not hard you need to decide and start … save your self…

THIS AMOUNT IS OBVIOUSLY HIGH AND SHOULD BE CURTAILED DOWN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE. SIMILARLY TASTING DRINKS WITH LESS HARMFUL EFFECTS SHOULD BE USED FOR SOME DAYS TO REDUCE THE CRAVING SO THAT YOU DONT GO INTO WITHDRAWAL SIDE EFFECTS
