I fell at work, hurt my knee, doctor and I disagree on problem?

I fell at work several weeks ago and hurt my left knee. Had an X-ray and no broken bones supposedly. Had an MRI and no tears supposedly. I keep telling the ortho surgeon that I feel something moving in my knee especially when I kneel down. Sometimes a sharp pain with it. He prescribes me meloxicam saying the inflamed muscles rubbing together cause that sensation, but I disagree. It really feels like something moving. Not sure what to do

Hi…
If your Xray and MRI did not reveal any thing then i guess that it is going to be an inflammed bursae ,a fluid-filled sac or sac-like cavity, especially one countering friction at a joint…
they would need some rest, and an anti inflammatory topical cream or gel … like peroxicam ,voltaren…etc…

HI
THERE MAY BE CARTILAGE LOOSE BODIES OR TORN MENISCUS PIECES INSIDE KNEE. GET ARTHOSCOPY DONE TO CONFIRM

hi
if you feel something then there has to be something inside. a negative pressure air bubble or ligament snaps can be the cause. a repeat mri in different positions of knee can diagnose any minor loose tissue that may have been clogged inside a pocket of soft tissues.
arthoscopic examination can help.
thanks
