I had a radiofrequency surgery done on the back of my heels, still having pain?

I had a radiofrequency surgery done on the back of my heels and lower part of my Achilles to burn scar tissue and I’m still having pain from the surgery!! I had my right foot done in late July early August 2016and my left on done this past October and its making it hard to walk especially after sitting or laying for awhile!!! I also having braces/orthotics that I’m suppose to wear and they are hard material and it to painful to wear them when I look at where I had the surgery the location looks like a big lump but it’s hard and tender!!! I don’t know what to do…should I get it checked out or get it x-rayed or scanned??

You need to apply sustained pressure on in using some bandage to deprive it from oxygen hence reducing formation of collagen
So it does not stay as a big lump
Good Luck

HI
YOU NEED TO GET A GOOD XRAY AND MRI OF THE PART DONE,SO THAT THE DIAGNOSIS CAN BE CONFIRMED. LOCAL STEROID INJECTION IS A GOOD TREATMENT OPTION. USE SOFT FOOTWEAR

hi
first thing i would recommend here is an mri of the heel. if radiofrequency doesnt help, endoscopic decompression will give great results. a underlying bony spur should be kept in mind.
thanks

hello there
fascitis or tendinopathy can cause this. local laser beams or injections will be helpful. consult a orthopedic doctor. get xray done
