hi
these may be small multiple enlarged lymph nodes or other soft tissue bumps. apply local creams and see if they resolve. if they dont, then you should see a doctor preferably and get the lump examined. a biopsy should be helpful to confirm the diagnosis. thanks

HI
THESE MAY BE ENLARGED CERVICAL LYMPH NODES. A POSSIBILITY OF MULTIPLE SMALL LIPOMAS NEEDS CONSIDERATION. IF THE LUMPS ARE PAINFUL,THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE NEGLECTED. TRY TAKING ANTI INFLAMMATORY AND ANTIBIOTIC TABLETS.
ICE PACKS SHOULD HELP

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
I guess you are having either a severe muscle spasm or injury causing vertebrobasilar insufficiency or a sebaceous cyst compressing the below structures causing same symptoms.
I recommend seeing an orthopedist …
Use ice packs and then hot application..

hello there
enlarged lymph nodes or a sebacous cyst can be a possibility. if its painful, then lymph nodes are more likely.this may be secondary to a nearby infection that may have incompletely healed. antibiotics should help
