it does seem to be dangerous. infact this isnt a simple mole,its a abnormal skin outgrowth that needs immediate consideration. do not neglect it. consult a dermatologist at the earliest.

IT IS A VERY SIGNIFICANT LESION AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. CONSULT A SKIN SPECIALIST, EXCISIONAL BIOPSY IS THE MOST RECOMMENDED TREATMENT. APPLICATION OF LOCAL CREAMS WONT BE MUCH HELPFUL

Consider seeing a dermatologist…it would be a benign skin lesion but such moles needs examination and never neglect this…

it is not a mole but a skin outgrowth. There are high chances that this may be a carcinoma. a consultation with a dermatologist will be helpful. tissue biopsy should be done to confirm the diagnosis
