21 years old, female.
I had blood test 10 days ago, the next day small bruises appeared then it started getting bigger. Even yesterday i noticed a new bruise. Besides the bruises, i have pain in my whole arm, I’m not able to do anything with my right arm. Today i applied gel on the bruises and took pills for the pain (Arnica). But I’m a bit worried… When does it heal? Does it cause any future symptoms?

The bruises are quite significant and should not be neglected. Local heparin gel should be applied for the bruise to reduce down. Keep the limb elevated,do not apply anything warm or hot. Apply ice packs. Check for platelet insufficiency.

This is not going to have future complications you need to apply cold or ice application .use anti bruising cream like haemoclar..
Move your arm flex and extend your elbow this will help…

IT WILL HEAL SOON. TAKE FIBRINOLYTIC AND ANTI INFLAMMATORY TABLETS. I WOULD LIKE TO THE BLOOD TEST REPORTS AND FOR WHAT REASON THEY WERE DONE.
BLEEDING TIME AND CLOTTING TIME SHOULD BE TESTED TO SEE FOR ANY BLEEDING TENDENCIES

It is a bad bruise and should get better by fibrinolytic tablets . The bruise is exactly on the elbow and so the elbow movements should be restricted. Compression bandage should be applied for this purpose.
Rule out bleeding tendencies
I believe this is bad practice and that nurse should be reported. I have to get blood test regularly and in my experience only one nurse at my Drs surgery Bedminster Family Practice causes such damage to my veins. I have told the manager I will not have her take blood from me again.
