I had dengue fever, feel numbness, losing my vision, broke into cold sweat?

22-female, had dengue at 20. No medications. Few days ago, while standing for about 10minutes, i suddenly felt numbness on my neck up to my head and then as time passes by i am losing my vision little by little and replaced by something like blurry black rain instead, when the vision left was only about 5-10%, i decided to sit and drink water. After few minutes i broke into cold sweat and little by little my vision came back but the stiffness in my neck was still there. Does this normally happen? If not, what could possibly be wrong with me?

Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
I would recommend you heading to Brain MRI to check for that…those symptoms are abnormal and associated with neurological pathology …
Please follow up with the results on this post ..

Hi
This kind of feeling does happen during vasovagal shock This can happen due to any reason, the commonest being generalised weakness. Drink plenty of fluids, keep yourself well hydrated. Build up on your immunity by yoga, meditation, exercises and having healthy food.
Thanks

HI
DENGUE 2 YEARS AGO,HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE COMPLAINTS.
THE SYMPTOMS MAY BE RELATED TO A PINCHED BLOOD VESSEL OR A NERVE IN THE NECK REGION CAUSING TRANSIENT FEELING OF BLACKOUTS. YOU MUST GET A MRI OF NECK DONE TO FIND OUT THE UNDERLYING CAUSE.

hello there
dengue does cause you to be weak physically and such episodes of blackouts are expected if you are very low on immunity. get an mri of neck done to find out the cause of neck stiffness. Drink plenty of fluids and maintain hydration. Get hemoglobin checked
