Hi
It seems to be a urinary tract infection. The wbcs are on a higher side of normal range and indicate high grade infection. You should start on antibiotics.Drink plenty of fluids to maintain adequate hydration so that more urine output can result in washing out of more infection. avoid acidic food Take alkaliniser solutions to neutralise the infection.
Thanks

HI
AS PER THE TEST REPORTS,IT SEEMS THAT A LOT OF BLOOD CELLS (ERYTHROCYTES ) ARE BEING LOST. IT MAY BE DUE TO ACUTE GLOMERULONEPHRITIS,MEANING AN VIRAL OR BACTERIAL INFECTION / INFLAMMATION OF THE URINARY TRACT.
GET USG OF ABDOMEN AND A RENAL COLOR DOPPLER DONE TO RULE OUT RENAL HYPERTENSION
CONSULT A NEPHROLOGIST

hello there
these results suggest a urinary tract infection associated with changes of urethritis and cystitis. anti inflammatory tablets along with appropriate antibiotics should be taken immediately. urine culture is highly recommended. a ureterosopy should help find out any other cause
