I have a decreased urine output, but all tests are normal?

I am a 27 year old woman. I suffer very less urine since one month ago and feel something is pressing not to able to urinate very well and happens very slow drain in Urination. This happens very most to first time urination at every morning. Whole day urination is ok. I did check up IVU for kidney and USG . Urine test too. All are normal and No abnormal results are found. According to USG result, I have ovary cysts but it is not big. Just 2.6 cm. Let me know the answer please why I suffer this and what i need to check for.
Thanks advanced .

Hi and welcome to questiondoctors .com
It seems you are having abdominal fat and this usually causes hindering the urinary flow mechanically specially in the morning…
For every person it is normal to have his\her first urination a bit with difficulty because during sleeping …one contracts the muscles of the pelvic floor muscles to prevent leakage for a long time…this will lead to difficulty urinating in the morning.
The third possibility is depending on your sexual activity… How is it?
Please let me know so I can help you figure it out.

Hi
If all the tests related to urinary tract were normal, then you need not worry. If the complaints were occuring with every urination, even during the day time then you would have had some problem.
I suggest you should drink a glass of warm milk before sleeping in the night.Do yoga and meditation to relax the bladder sphincter.
Thanks

HI
AN OVARIAN CYST MAY NOT CAUSE ANY DIRECT PRESSURE ON THE URINARY TRACT CAUSING OBSTRUCTION.
BUT AN INDIRECT HORMONAL EFFECT OF THE CYST CAN CAUSE SYMPATHETIC STIMULATION CAUSING THE BLOCKING LIKE EFFECT. YOU SHOULD GET YOUR BLOOD HORMONES CHECKED FOR ANY VARIATIONS IN THEIR NORMAL RANGE.
IF THERE IS ANYTHING ABNORMAL,YOU CAN CONSULT A GYNECOLOGIST FOR FURTHER EVALUATION

hello there
if the symptoms occur only during early morning, then i do not feel that anything needs to be done aggressively. a retrograde ureterscopy with a camera can asses the state of the spincter or any associated uretheral pathology like a urethric rudimentary valve.
