this may be a ringworm infection. apply local anti fungal creams daily ,two times a day. do not try to rub it or scratch it as this may worsen the lesion and lead to spreading og the infection to surrounding normal skin. take anti allergic tablets if you have itching at the site.

IT FEELS LIKE A FUNGAL INFECTION. USE ANTI FUNGAL STEROID BASED LOCAL CREAMS. ANTI FUNGAL TABLETS SHOULD HELP.
MAINTAIN GOOD HYGIENE. USE OLIVE OIL AFTER HAVING BATH DAILY.

it seems like contact dermatitis. as long as it doesnt itch it cannot be labelled as a fungal infection. skin moisturisers,olive oil applications daily will be sufficient,
try changing the soap..
