Male age 31 I woke last night needing the toilet badly and was stuck on the toilet for over 1 hour shaking and dripping with sweat feeling like my insides was going to come out. my right kidney, guts and testicle was really hurting as well, my family nearly phoned for an ambulance worried because I have a high threshold for pain and never been like that before. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what it could be?

this feels like renal colic. u may have renal stones . once the stone starts to pass down the ureters,you get this kind of severely colicky stabbing pain. you should get a usg abdomen done as early as possible to see what was wrong. once you have a diagnosis in hand,you can take preventive measures so that this wont happen to you again.
take anti spasmodic analgesics to relieve pain.

You can get antispasmodic drug and go to the ER to check for the presence of stones..can be diagnosed with Abdominal US

testicle pain wont be caused by gut related abnormalities. a ultrasonography of abdomen may help differentiate between the two
