I’m 45 and female
I have a burning cramp sensation in my stomach area usually on the left around the waist area, But it isn’t inside the stomach it’s like the outside under the skin. The area is tender when I touch it. It happens randomly not regular, mostly when I stand up or bend over, sometimes it can happen when I’m lying down and move sometimes.

this can be a skin inflammation occuring may be due to wearing clothes of a allergic material or wearing clothes too tight around the waist area. Use cotton clothes and comfort fitting trousers. Apply local creams for 5 days. If you get no relief,consult a skin specialist.

this burning pain may be neuritic pain occuring due to a inflammed nerve in that region. You can take multi vitamin tablets and anti inflammatory tablets . subcutaneous fibrous tissue inflammation can also cause these symptoms
