Well since the x ray was 4 years ago then your fall have caused very smal fragment fracture (osteophyte like formation )
Which cause pain every time it moves , also can injure your medial knee meniscus , (please attack the x ray not the report if possible )
In my opinion u will need a new x ray (MRI is better )
Options will be surgical removal or cast , also medial meniscus should be checked

Good Luck

In my opinion you should do a M RI as your case should have developed or changed..
Sclerotic changes in the bone means there is a bone disorder causing slowing of bone formation at this area..
This is not a diagnosis… It is a sign so further New MRI and xray is needed plus correlation with symptoms …
Thanks

hi
instead of doing an mri,get a knee arthoscopy done to visualise the lesion directly through camera.
u may need a bone biopsy from the lesion to confirm the diagnosis.
histopathology of the biopsied material should be done to come to a pinpoint conclusion.
thanks

HI
REPORTS ARE OLD ONES AND TREATMENT CANNOT BE COMMENCED DEPENDING ON THESE REPORTS.
GET A FRESH XRAY DONE.
KNEE EXERCISES WILL HELP.

hello there
increasing pain suggests that the underlying lesion definitely has increased in size and needs immediate attention.
get a recent mri done.
knee exercises will help.
