Low grade fever for 6 days (99.5-100.5), enlarged painless lymph node on jaw (under ear) extreme fatigue, dull pain in right side of my jaw, pale skin.

Mono; negative
Epstein barr; negative
Pregnancy: negative
CBC; normal range

Medications: Focalin XR 25mg, Taytulla

Tonsillar lymph node enlargement is common in younger age without any cause it can take months to subside, however in your case I believe it is due to the combination of Focalin and Taytulla
I recommend asking your psychiatrist to change folcalin
There is know clear interaction except that folcalin can dry the lymph ducts and Taytulla can cause the swelling

It can most probably be Infection..
As fever and enlarged nodes is commonly due to Infection
Try taking a short course of antibiotics and fever reducing medicine like Acetaminophen after consulting an Emergency room..

HAVE YOU BEEN CHECKED BY YOUR DENTIST AFTER THIS X-RAY, i SUSPECT AN IMPACTION OF THE RIGHT WISDOM TOOTH WHICH CAN BE CAUSING SOFT TISSUE PROBLEM IN THE GUMS AND A WAY FOR INFECTION..
