HI
IT SEEMS TO BE A PAROTID CYST OR A TUMOUR. HOWEVER LESIONS ARISING FROM SURROUNDING SOFT TISSUES CANNOT BE COMPLETELY RULED OUT. CONSULT A DOCTOR FOR FURTHER EVALUATION
hi
this seems to be a homogenous opaque mass very close to your tmj. its well encapsulated causing mild pressure symptoms over surrounding structures. parotid tumour or fibroma need to be ruled out. a histopathologic biopsy of the lesion will confirm the diagnosis.
thanks
hello there
its a salivary gland tumour. its malignancy staging needs to be done by doing histopathological lesion biopsy.
depending on the stage, further management can be decided. mostly surgical treatment would be needed
