In my opinion you should check for gall bladder for stones
I recommend an untrasound

Is your pee blood red ? Or brownish or orange ?

For me I think you may be having a kidney infection or severe UTI .
Get a urine sample asap .

hi
these are signs of a kidney infection.
This may be secondary to renal calculi.
get ultrasound of abdomen to rule out other causes.
urine culture will help to confirm urinary tract infection.
thanks

HI
THIS SEEMS TO BE RELATED TO THE KIDNEYS AND GALL BLADDER.
BOTH THESE ORGANS NEED TO BE CHECKED FOR ACCUMULATION OF STONES.
GET A USG ABDOMEN DONE.
TAKE ANTI SPASMODIC TABLETS

hello there
cystitis with gall bladder stone can be the cause. renal calculi and glomerulonephritis also need consideration.
get a urine culture test done.
retrograde cystoscopy needs to be done.
CT abdomen should be done to rule out other abdominal pathologies.
