I have ocular migraine and pain, trouble breathing and feel intoxicated, dizzy and cold?

I have been feeling ill for 10 days. Starting with an ocular migraine and extreme pain in the occipital area. Followed by classic symptoms of a cold (fatigue, chills, body aches, dizziness). Symptoms appeared better and worse as the days went on. I started to have trouble breathing and felt intoxicated most of the time. 1 week later i became extremely nauseous ,dizzy, very cold and vomiting. Also two days later experienced pressure in ears and occasional headaches as well as pain in the occipital area again and mild right chest pain as well as extreme fatigue, sleeping 11 hours and not feeling rested. No cough, stuffy nose or discoloured mucous. Female in late 20s.

hi
these symptoms seem to be related to gross hormonal disturbances. however, migraine and headaches due to other reasons like gastritis need to be ruled out. try taking antacids and vitamin supplements. anti inflammatory analgesic tablets can be added if the pain is severe. yoga and mediation can help. breathing exercises will be helpful. if there is no improvement in symptoms,do consult a doctor.
thanks

HI
THESE ARE SIGNS OF A GENEARALISED VIRAL INFECTION. IT IS AFFECTING ALMOST ALL ORGANS OF YOUR BODY CAUSING THE SYMPTOMS. START ON ANTIBIOTICS AND TAKE SYMPTOMATIC TREATMENT. U NEED TO CONSIDER ANXIETY AS A POSSIBILITY

hello there
you have anxiety and generalised weakness causing these symptoms. you should get your blood checked for vital investigations like cbc, liver and kidney functions. depending on these reports you can take appropriate supplements.
take plenty of salads and fruits
