HI..
phimosis has no sperms and you will definitely become a father .
but, due to tight skin, you may have problems in erections and sex. so its better to get circumcision done so that you can live a healthy sexual life.
its a minor procedure and u should not be afraid of it. once done, u will be tension free for lifetime
