I have this rash on my hand that seems to be getting worse. it is painful and itchy. I don’t seem to be able to stop scratching it. It showed up like 4 days back. Is this an allergy?

This looks like Scabies. An itch mite infestation. You will need to consult your Doctor who will prescribe a Topical Scabicidal medication. Scabies are contagious. Don’t scratch it. You can also consult your Pharmacist for an OTC ointment that can help reduce the itch. It is recommended to wash clothes and towels, etc. you were in contact with and heat dry them to kill off mites. Keep your hands and fingernails clean.
