I opened my eyes I had severe double vision?

A mild one because I have no symptoms and all is well now. Each eye was seeing just one thing but crossed and one eye seeing up and the other down.

Sneezing or blowing your nose will increase pressure on the eye itself which may affect the retina, nerves or eye muscles. The resulting double vision may be temporary if it is also related to fatigue, dry eyes, head injury, medications, alcohol or drug use. But it may be more serious if it is due to some other eye disorder. You should consult with an ophthalmologist right away and get your eyes checked. If the problem is not in the eye itself, you will need to get evaluated for other underlying conditions which may have caused the problem.
