Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
Intermentrual bleeding has many causes it depends on your ultrasound ..hormonal fluctuations medical history… Sexual activity and contraception…
Please reply with stating those items so we can figure it out..
Your dizziness is mostly due to anemia as you are losing a lot if blood ..get a CBC done.

hi
these complaints are suggestive of a gross hormonal variation associated with generalised weakness due to low hemoglobin levels. Get complete blood count done as well as hormonal levels checked.
Depending upon the reports ,appropriate medicines can be started.
For the infection part, start on antifungal tablets with vitamin supplements
Thanks

hello there
you seem to be very low on immunity. if you are sexually active, get checked for STDs. oral fungal infection can be tackled by maintaining good oral hygiene and application of orasep gels.
vitamin tablets will boost up the recovery process
