I wake up with muscles not cooperating with me. I really don’t know what to do when this happens?

My name is (…male), 25 years old. I am from PH. I am suffering something odd on my body for the past 3 years. Sometimes when I go to sleep, not feeling anything bad, I will wake up with muscles not cooperating with me. It’s not painful when you are just lying or sitting but when you try to use force, I feel like having muscle cramps from neck to foot. I need to use my full force just to sit from lying in bed, it’s even hard to put slippers on. I can sometimes walk normal during this state of my body but most of the time I can’t. I really don’t know what to do when this happens. The thing is, it only last within a day or sometimes 2. I know I really need to be checked by doctors in person but i’m a little afraid. Can you give me advice or idea what could be my possible illness?

For me ..I think you are having nutritional deficiency of calcium and or potassium causing there feeling..
Maintain a diet rich in calcium and potassium and see the results.
Try exercising before bed as thus help your circulation to reach every part of your body.

In my opinion you have magnesium / calcium imbalance , i recommend doing a blood test to confirm
Also increase intake of leafy greens and bright berries
Have breakfast with less protien and carbohydrates ,
Focus protein in dinner

Good Luck

hi
this can happen due to electrolyte imbalance in your blood.
get sodium, potassium and calcium levels checked.
start on multivitamin and calcium supplements.
stretching exercises will help regain the muscle tone.
thanks

HI
THIS MAY BE DUE TO HYPOCALCEMIA.
IT LEADS TO A CONDITON CALLED HYPOCALCEMIC TETANY.
TAKING VITAMIN D3 60000 IU,ONCE A WEEK WITH CALCIUM 500 MG DAILY CAN BE OF HELP.

hello there
this seems due to early morning stiffness seen in arthopathy cases.
superadded calcium deficiency and osteopenia also can contribute to the symptoms.
get blood calcium levels checked
