I’m 35, myopia -7.00D. 4 months ago I was diagnosed with macular hole in my left eye. The surgeon said vitrectomy in my case might not be successful due to my age and myopia – is it still worth risking it?

its not worth taking so much risk at this age if you have symptoms right now.
keep regular follow ups with the doctor . if the hole size increases at any stage,then you can think of this procedure
