Hi and welcome to questiondoctors.com
Mostly low immunity and low haemoglobin anaemia are causing the bleeding and sickness..
You have to do a complete blood pictures and get get some haematinics ..take enough vitamins from fruits and vegetables.. B12 is crucial also..
Work on losing weight and keep sugar level in the average normal by dieting and exercising regularly..
It will take some time to heal and you will be able to be pregnant..

hi,
this is occuring because of uncontrolled sugar levels and hormonal changes because of pcos. blood investigations need to be done. get ultrasound abdomen done. tablets like pause can stop bleeding temporarily.
thanks

HI
THIS DOESNT SEEM TO BE RELATED TO DIABETES. PCOS IS CAUSING HEAVY BLEEDING. GET A RECENT ULTRASOUND DONE TO SEE IF THE OVARIAN CYSTS ARE INCREASING IN SIZE.
CONSULT GYNECOLOGIST

hello there
you are suffering from dysfunctional uterine bleeding. get a transvaginal ultrasound done to rule out lesions like fibroids or endometriosis. depending on the reports , you can decide further line of treatment
