1st of all you have to make isolation of every child from the other,as different rooms as possible.
Give an antibiotic, either ampicillin, amoxicillin, cotrimoxazole or, if these
are not available, procaine penicillin for 5 days ..
Ensure hydration but if they can not eat or drink or started to develop complications,,they need immediate hospitalization..

Hi
If you think it is not measles then the only other possibility is coxsackievirus A16 , you can ask your doctor to check this possibility
Good Luck

Bring them to the ER and inform the Dr of there measles to avoid transfer of infection , they may suffering dehydration and need shock therapy..
After that , antibiotics will be used after full physical examination as the rash distribution is not clear

Hi,
however care u take to segregate the children, cross infection will occur amongst them.
measles is known to cause these symptoms.
maintaining proper hydration, starting proper antibiotics, and paracetamol as and when needed are the only treatments possible.
u should consult them with a paediatrician for further management

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

First of all get a blood test done for your kids to confirm for the cause of infection..

In case if it is measles then being a viral infection, it will run its course and then get better.
So in take case supportive treatment like Acetaminophen for fever, applying lidocaine gel over the bumps ad rashes to relieve pain and itching, giving plenty of fluids, Vitamin A supplements and plenty of rest will help in improvement..

But regular follow up with Paediatrician is must to prevent complications..

Hope this helps..
