My father has undergone angiography today. The doctor told that he has blockage varying between 80-90℅ . Doctor suggested for by pass surgery.
We want to go for a second opinion.
Can we again perform angiography after 2 days?

hi..
blocks less than 50 % can be treated by angioplasty..i.e, removal of blockage by balloon inflation inside the vessel, this is a closed heart surgery.
by pass is a open heart surgery and if the blockages are more than 70 %, the by pas is the best treatment availble.
u can perform angiography after 2 days, but it will be of no use . the results and treatment options will be the same
thanks
