My son is 11 years old. Very intelligent and confident. He’s been valedictorian since 1st grade. His problem is he constantly tilts his head to the side especially after eating. If he keeps his head straight he says he gets cramps in his stomach and won’t go away unless he tilts his head.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Pain or cramps in stomach after eating food can be due to causes like Indigestion, acid reflux, lactose intolerance, food allergy, constipation etc..
So in case if the symptoms are lasting since long you should consult a Paediatrician and get him evaluated and once the cause is ruled out and confirmed it can be treated accordingly to relieve the symptoms..
Hope this helps..

Hi.
You should give him light diet, give plenty of probiotics like Yogurt and drink sufficient water..
Make him do regular light physical activity and keep a watch on his regular bowel evacuation..
Hope this helps..
