In my opinion you kidney cyst size could have increased
You are experiencing signs of kidney problem
I recommend urine analysis and ultrasonography to recheck your kidney cyst
I do not think your emdoscopy will reveal much
Only other possibility in my opinion is a spleen problem
Check it if your kidneys are fine
Good Luck

Your symptoms are multiple system involvement.so I think you are having a kidney problem could be your cyst..and a problem in your neck causing numb and painful upper limbs..
Neck x ray and kidney new USG are important ..
Thanks

hi
neck problems may be due to a nerve compression in cervical spine.
get a MRI of neck to rule out disc prolapse.
Kidney cyst needs special attention.
get a usg abdomen and renal function tests done.
thanks

HI
THERE SEEMS TO BE INVOLVEMENT OF MANY SYSTEMS CAUSING THESE VARIETY OF SYMPTOMS.
RENAL DOPPLER SCAN AND RFTS NEED TO BE DONE FIRST.
USG ABDOMEN WILL GIVE A CLUE TO THE DIAGNOSIS AS WELL.
CONSULT A PHYSICIAN

hello there
seems to be a generalised neuropathic pain .
a HRCT chest will help to find out the cause of chest pain radiating to back.
kidney related issues seem to be more likely and a consultation with a nephrologist should be considered.
