Hi
My opinion this is cervical spondylitis or disc, you will need an MRI to confirm
Good Luck
Hi,
In my opinion you should consider 2 options
Either: cervical disc or spondylotic problem causing what we call Vertebrobasilar insufficiency and head ache with the same symptoms you mentioned..
Or a problem with the cholesterol and atherosclerotic changes in the vertebral arteries ,however this is rare..
A MRI of neck, plain xray can diagnose the 1st one
Duplex US can diagnose the other possibility..
Hi..
You need to first get an MRI of complete brain and spine done along with regular blood pressure monitoring, EEG and ECG done..
I suspect neurological cause for the symptoms as you already have a history of TIA.
Regards.
