I have joint pain, lightheaded feeling headaches , neck pain, teeth grinding, severe social anxiety?

Hello, I am a 20 year old female, and I have been experiencing joint pain, lightheaded feeling headaches that are better when lying down, neck pain, teeth grinding, severe social anxiety, and recently pains in my middle back on either side. Googling I found this may be an indication of adrenal insufficiency or an autoimmune condition and I was wondering if you had any other ideas I could bring to my doctor when I see her. I have had these symptoms for quite a while, but they seem to be getting worse, Thank You

hi
though adrenal insufficiency and autoimmune disease are a possibility,but these are comparatively very rare and i dont think you should be primarily thinking about this now. it can be due to simple hormonal changes or generalised weakness. Take multi vitamins and calcium supplements. consult a physician

DO NOT PANIC. GOOGLE CANNOT DIAGNOSE YOU. IT JUST GIVES YOU A ROUGH IDEA. YOU SHOULD CONSULT A DOCTOR,GET YOURSELF EXAMINED AND THEN DECIDE ON THE FURTHER LINE OF MANAGEMENT.
TAKE VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS,EAT HEALTHY. MEDITATION WILL BE HELPFUL TO RELIEVE YOU FROM STRESS

Let us confess that you are having bad anxiety causing most of your symptoms …light headedness and headache getting better by lyng down indicates anaemia and vitamin defeciency.your back pain might be either a calcium disorder or simply a muscle spasm due to some efforts or sitting attitudes…
Nothing to worry
Get a complete blood picture and see an orthopedist for your back pain…use hot packs to relive the pain and practice yoga..breathing exercise to decrease the tooth grinding and anxeity..

adrenal sufficiency can be a possibility . consult a endocrinologist and get the necessary investigations to get it ruled out. auto immune diseases do not present in this way and should not be a worry.
yoga and meditation will be helpful
