Hi
This can simply be low cardiovascular fitness or sever stress or anxiety , I recommend doing regular exercise and seeing a psychiatrist
Good Luck
Hi ,
Why did not you consider kidney problem, or a peripheral vascular insufficiency ,you may need to start your excercise in gradual manner ..
Get a kidney function test done and try also breathing exercises, with deep breathing training.
Hi..
Thanks for the query..
If there is nothing ruled out then probably over-exertion, obesity anxiety etc..
Being too conscious can also exaggerate the symptoms..
So my suggestion is to start exercising gradually..
Do not over-do anything..
You can go for yoga training and Pranayam as it will improve overall health, stamina and breathing..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
