Can this these dots be herpes, hpv, syphillis or some type of std?

I am a 20 year old female. I have been with the same sexual partner for years. We never had sexual encounters with anyone before us. Usually I get cold sores when I eat acidic foods but I don’t know if it is normal to have these red dots on the tip of my tongue & a tiny red clot inside my upper lip. Can this be herpes, HPV, syphilis or some type of std? They do not hurt or bother me, I have just noticed this.

Hi and welcome to questiondoctors.com
I think this is normal and there’s nothing to worry about this doesn’t look to be std..
If no other symptoms associated no need to panic…

hi,
these do not appear like any stds, hiv etc.such spots can occur due to vitamin deficiency. Especially,if you practise oral sex, then chances of such spots is more. take multivitamin tablets, avoid spicy food and junk food. Lime juice two times a day will help.
apply local creams.
thanks

Hello there.
Dont seem typical of any diseases like herpes..syphilis or hiv. These are usually associated with other symptoms like fever..weight loss..
Take vitamin tablets for 8 days. fruit juices with vitamin C should be helpful

HI
THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO BE STD OR HPV OR A SYPHILIS. THESE ARE SIGNS OF GLOSSITIS AND STOMATITIS. APPLICATION OF LOCAL MOUTH ULCER GELS WILL BE HELPFUL IN THIS CASE.
