For me,I do not see that you need a surgery with these givens..
Your case was mild and seems like the treatment is successful to control the manifestations .
Responding to medications suggests no need for surgery.
You will probably take pendits for the age of 25 .
Speedy recovery wishes.

You will have to keep using pendits 400 as long as there is infective endocardits
No need for surgury yet

Good Luck

hi
i do not feel any urge for surgical option. it would be too early.
you should get a echo done for sure .
take pendits till you get complete cure.
thanks

HI
IMMEDIATE SURGERY IS NOT RECOMMENDED BUT YOU MAY NEED IN FUTURE DEPENDING UPON THE VALVE FUNCTIONING.
PENDITS SHOULD BE TAKEN UNTIL FULL CURE IS ACHIEVED.
GET RECENT ECHO AND STRESS TEST DONE.

hello there
right now, things seem to be pretty much under control.
so no need of surgery.
but at a later stage, valve replacement needs to be done.
pendits needs to be taken atleast for a few more months depending upon your recovery
