Also please confirm the exact weight of the gland as it cannot be.77gm, so ease recheck..
In case if you do not have any problems while urinating or any related problems with BHP then you can continue with the same..
But if there are symptoms which are not improving then the best way is to get rid of it will surgery..

In my opinion it is good medical treatment for your case,while surgery is needed in case of negative manifestations in urination and normal daily life..
