Hi
If you notice any change in size or itching you should have it checked for melanoma also it’s current size is concerning, I recommend you see a dermatologist, it can be simple Dysplastic nevi but better check it
Good Luck
This depends on whether it is old or you just noticed it recently..is it congenital or acquired..anyway it can ba dangerous if it experienced.
A change in size (getting larger)
A change in shape (especially with irregular edges)
A change in color (especially getting darker or exhibiting multiple shades)
A loss of symmetry
Itchiness, pain or bleeding (maybe even forming a scab)
Crustiness
Inflammation
Exhibiting three different shades of brown or black
It is atypical dysplastic mostly if it is benign..I recommend checking it with a dermatologist.

You should anticipate any changes in its size, texture and color.
consult a dermatologist.
thanks
