Hi, I am a 25 year old female with no significant medical history. I have had two c-sections and have PCOS. I have been having a lot of pelvic pain over the last 6mo. It is off and on but happens more often than not. I have noticed it is especially worse during and after inter course. I have had ultrasounds that show hemoragic cysts on my ovaries but I have had those off and on my whole life since starting my period. I am concerned that maybe something is being missed. What could be a cause of extreme and intense and sudden jolts of pelvic pain during sex as well as aching pain often. I’ve also had bloating.
Ovarian cysts are known to cause intercourse pain
I know u think nothing changed but i recommend rechecking there size before jumping to other reasons as sacroiliac joint dysfunction

Pcos may once gets different by slight changes in sizes..also consider PID if there is urination pains or history of uti

sacroiletis,uti or slipped disc can mimick these complaints. get mri done. also get a recent usg to assess the cyst size,whether they have increased or have remained the same.

PCOS seems to be the cause. get a recent scan done now to assess the size of the cysts. once the PCOS is cured,you will be relieved of symptoms

MOST LIKELY CAUSE IS PCOS. GET IT TREATED FROM A GYNECOLOGIST SO THAT THE PAIN WILL STOP COMPLETELY
