I have been sick with over 102 degree fever for four days straight now. I have been staying hydrated and rested and eating well. this fever ust wont break. I have tried ibuprofen, tylenol, and naproxen (within recomended time and all. not all together.) but with no affect on the fever. should i be worried?

Fever that does not respond to antipyretics could be a sign of a problem that needs further evaluation ..
How old are you? M/f?

All medications won’t work unless you reach 100.4 with ice , ice packs + cold water in the tub will do the trick, once you drop below 100.4 you can take your antipyretic

this seems to be a viral fever.
Malaria,dengue and other viral infections need to be ruled out.
get Complete blood count with platelets and WBCs checked.

Thanks for the query..
It can be very.much a viral Infection but if fever is not resolving then a blood test should be done to rule out the cause of the problem and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you should continue taking a combination of Tylenol and ibuprofen..
Do cool compresses over the forehead and extremities..
