I’m 19 I am a female and I have been experiencing cramping blood in my stool and large black spots and intense nausea I really would like to know what do you think could be the cause of this this has been happening for 4 months now.

It is a long time to neglect these symptoms …you need to see a GI and make an endoscopy ..these could be stomach ulcers or upper GIT lesion that needs treatment …

this can be occult blood in the stools. the source of blood can be ulcers or any other intestinal lesion.
get endoscopy done. consult gastro enterologist.

GI ENDOSCOPY IS A MUST AT THIS STAGE. ULCERS,MUCOSAL POLYPS, ETC NEED TO BE RULED OUT. CONSULT A GI SPECIALIST
