I have felt sensations of tachycardia to the head?

Hi. I’m male and I’m 20 years old. I have a history of. For some months, I have felt feelings of isolated punches in my head that cause me pain, or a sensation of tachycardia in the form of a punch to the head, which causes disorientation, blindness, loss of senses and sensation of cloudiness. I was asked to take the following exams: Ecg has incomplete right bundle branch block . Ecocadiogram is normal. And Tomography of crany found unilateral sinusitis.

What you advise me.

In my opinion you are having high epinephrine levels, I recommend doing a blood test to confirm then investigate the cause.
Good Luck

this can be due to hyperanxiety and surge in epinephrine levels.
an underlying hormonal imbalance needs to be ruled out.
get detailed blood profile with complete hemogram and serum electrolytes done.

Thanks for writing to us..

As per your symptoms it can be due to Transcient Ischemic Attacks while temporal lobe seizure can also have similar symptoms..

I would suggest you to consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and an MRI Scan, Electroencephalography, complete blood profile can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

Hope this information helps..
