I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis I have extreme numbness and tingling in my wrists arms hands and fingers, severe jaw and shoulder pain?

39/female, with diagnoses of fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I have extreme numbness and tingling in my wrists arms hands and fingers, severe jaw and shoulder pain. Breathing seems tiresome. I’m am scared, in pain, shaky and weak. Have started having wetting accidents. Bad headaches. I get sweaty and have fallen once and injured my ankle. Is this something I need immediate help with?

I am sorry to hear that about your health and hoping you speedy recovery.
This numbness could be a sign of cervical disc problem ,mainly disc bulge causing nerve compression and shoulder pain, also if you get dizzy or confused this can be due to verterobasilar insufficiency …
My advice is physiotherapy ,massage,and yoga ..

I recommend immediate urine analysis along with blood electrolytes test and GFR, my opinion it is a renal problem

Thanks for the query..

It looks like some cervical problem.or pinched nerve .
You also need to get a renal profile done along with a complete brain and spinal MRI..

Detailed history and neurological examination , with some needed tests, imaging on your back and urine analysis is gonna be needed or according to what the doctor is gonna find
