I am 19 male and have no medications or current conditions. I have had lumps and white discoloration on my tongue for about 2 months now I have been given chest x-rays with nothing showing up, along with occasionally coughing up fresh red blood. I have not had any fever that i know of or pain just soar. I have no idea where to go from here.

Many possibilities could be there .
Reflux laryngitis is among them.
Have you ever suffered gastric reflux?
Is your cough productive? Mucus?
If the blood is fresh then It is mostly due to dryness and coughing altogether ..try gargling with salt warm water ..
Avoid fatty foods..caffeine and chocolate.
Hi
Possible causes are sever iron deficiency , pharyngeal viral infection or too much smoking and alcohol drinking , start by a CBC test
Good Luck
hi
chest infection, pneumonitis, posterior laryngeal infection and oesophagitis with reflux can cause this.
u need a detailed investigation done to rule out these causes.
A chest CT with Endoscopy will help.
thanks
Can u take a photo for the lump and the whitish discoloration
