Hi I have had raised bumps on my face for years now and I have no idea what they are. They do not itch, burn or anything, they are just there and they won’t go away or have not gotten better. I just want to know what they are and hopefully find a way to treat them. I would really appreciate the help. Thank you.

It looks to me like keratosis pilaris. Does the skin on face feel rough to the touch where the bumps are?If this is the culprit, it can be due to too much keratin which is clogging hair follicles.They can be painless or itchy. It is more common in winter months where your skin can be dry. I would definitely consult with a dermatologist, but in the meantime, keep the skin moisturized with a good lotion
and try using creams with urea, D, or lactic acid. Hope this helps.

The image you have attached is appearing like Keratosis Pilariasis and it is caused due to a number of factors out of which hormonal causes is an important factor..
You should consult a Skin specialist and get evaluated..
You can be advised topical application of creams and lotions containing Lactic acid, salicylic acid and retinoids..
Use mild soaps to clean the face and avoid excessive exposure to water..
You can also undergo laser treatment..
